From our humble beginnings in structural design, influenced by a family background in construction, we’ve been fueled by a passion for building. At the early stage of our journey, we took on small projects like garage foundations and patios. In 1991, we established Landry’s Design and Development. Our career trajectory changed 14 years into it when we collaborated with Southern Bell Construction. Although we sold our original business, it became clear that our true calling was entrepreneurship. Today, we continue to consult for Southern Bell while leading Landry Construction and Design, a company we founded in 2011.

Our team goes beyond mere transactional relationships; we strive to build partnerships. We’re proud to say that 75% of our business comes from long-standing clients. Based in Pearland, TX, our core team consists of 6 dedicated employees, supported by around 150 skilled subcontractors. Our diverse portfolio caters to a wide range of industries, including hospitality corporations, estate and ranch development, and medical facilities. We’ve even extended our impact through charity work and exciting projects like a culturally rich Japanese tea room, which we’re currently designing with sacred materials imported from Japan.
